...our Calendar Girl...

Yep - we're singing Neil Sedaka!

Our cousin Becky's wonderful organization, the Brehon Institute, provides services for families that need help in many ways. To raise money and awareness, they held a Baby Calendar Contest - and thanks to her grandma's entry, our little girl is Miss October 2008!

You might recognize the winning picture from a previous post - she was only 2 1/2 months old when she got happily plopped in the pumpkins at the insistance of her mom and Uncle Neal (we knew what we were doing, didn't we Neal?).

She was also invited to be part of the Springtime Tallahassee parade, and mom and dad were invited to a Blue Ribbon Ball to celebrate - if only we could be there!
