sesame
Our little Sesame is halfway here! I suppose that means mom and dad should start to think a little more about his/her arrival in logistical terms, and not just in the "we can't wait to meet you!" terms, but that's another story.
He/she is now the size of a banana. Though I love all food-relative measurements, I think this is my favorite. The 20 week mark also, of course, means that we got to have the "big" ultrasound, complete with up-close-and-personal views of this little one.
This time around (we're not sure why, but afraid it's related to my "AMA" - or "advanced maternal age"), we got to go to a fancy radiology place for the U/S, where I got to kick back and watch the action on a flat-screen TV, hotel-style.

And we really can't wait to meet you Sesame.
I promise we'll be ready. Or at least as ready as we can be.

Oh my gosh!! Where have I been?! CONGRATULATIONS!!! What wonderful and amazing news...I'm thrilled for you all. SO EXCITING! :) When is the official due date? Oct ?
I see it's CLEARLY evident that I need to get on my blog and my friend's blogs more often!!!
By the way, those 3D ultrasounds are so cool. I had them with Justin. I'm thinkin' Sesame looks a bit more like Sean too! :)
We love seeing our little Sesame and look forward to meeting our littlest grandchild. We think Sesame looks a "bit" like Sean, too. Lucky for all of us - another little one. Love G and G
