the connors family: Caroline's Eleventh Month

11 months old!

Caroline updates:

Still no official, "look ma, no hands" walking, though "cruising" is a favorite pasttime. And CEC wants to pull up on everything, which leads to lots of chasing by Mom and Dad as we try to keep her from reaching silly things like liquor bottles and oven doors. No need to say it; we know we're mean.
She's added "whoa!" and "ball" to her growing list of words. And though she'll repeat "DaDa," we're not sure she'd identify him by name in a lineup (let's hope she never has to).
She is an excellent pointer! Nobody could beat her identification of mommy's nose and mouth, and her all time favorite - the kitchen light.
She officially has 8 teeth, but her first two molars are ready to make an appearance any day. Not fun now, but just wait until she is chewing up a storm.
